Contract Distribution

Contract Distribution is a document tool built for a care provider’s HR. Enter a few details about a new staff member once, and it generates their entire employment pack, covering letter, contract, handbook, privacy notice, pension note and an optional 48-hour opt-out, with every variable bit filled in from templates.

The clever part is what happens next: instead of printing, scanning and chasing six separate documents, the whole pack goes to SignWell for e-signature as a single signing flow, and the status is tracked from sent to signed. Bulk, per-recipient emails go out through Resend.

It turns a fiddly afternoon of copy-paste and paperwork into a few minutes, and it means nothing gets sent out inconsistent or missed. This page is a showcase of what was built.
