SOL.Y is a complete care-management system built bespoke for one care provider. It is not an off-the-shelf product or a sign-up platform; it is software shaped around exactly how one real care company runs, by someone who spent over a decade running care operations and got tired of tools that could not cope.

It was built to handle the genuinely hard parts that generic software dodges: rotas that fit no tidy weekly pattern (sleep-ins, waking nights, split shifts and on-call), pay that has to respect employment law to the letter (National Minimum Wage across sleep-ins, Working Time Regulations, statutory sick pay, holiday pay on a rolling average), and an integrated cover portal that texts staff and fills open shifts without a manager ringing round at 9pm.

Underneath, it stays deterministic and explainable: pay and compliance are worked out the same way every time, with the working there to audit. And it treats care records as the special category data they are, with least-privilege access and any AI kept governed, so the most sensitive data a provider holds never quietly leaves its control.
