# Availability board

*Who is on, at a glance.*

Working out who is available across a group chat and a few texts is chaos. This shows who is working when on one shared board.

Everyone sees the same picture, and the gaps are obvious before they become a problem.

## What it does

- A shared view of who is on and when
- Staff set their own availability
- Gaps and clashes are easy to spot
- No more scrolling a group chat
