# Free Purchase Order Template (UK)

A straightforward purchase order for UK small businesses that want to control what they buy and keep suppliers clear on what was agreed. Raise a PO with its own number, set the order and delivery dates, list what you are ordering, and the net, VAT and total work themselves out. There is a delivery address, terms and an authorised-by line, so approvals are recorded and nothing is ordered by accident. Sending a clean purchase order also makes your supplier invoices easy to check, because you can match them back to the order.
