# Free Supervision Record (UK)

A simple supervision and one-to-one record for UK managers who want their catch-ups to count and to keep a clear, consistent note of them. It walks through the ground a good supervision covers: what came out of last time and whether those actions happened, how things are going day to day, performance, development and training, wellbeing, and the actions you both agree to take away. Filling it in as you talk gives you a record you can look back on, which matters for fair management, for spotting patterns early, and in care and support settings where supervision is expected to be evidenced.
