Free Mileage Log Template (UK)

A business mileage log for UK sole traders, employees and small companies who claim for using their own car. Enter each trip with the date, where you went and why, and the amount to claim works itself out using HMRC approved mileage rates. It applies 45p a mile for the first 10,000 business miles in the tax year and 25p after that, and it even splits the single trip that takes you past 10,000 so the rate change is handled for you. A running total keeps your year to date in view, so there are no surprises at the year end and your records stand up if HMRC ever asks. Keep it as you go and the claim is ready when you need it. It is free to download and reuse each year.
